Rejected Arresting me without being in a cop car & shooting me while me trying to talk to them | ID 20420

I Was Driving normal speed when a Normal White Buffalo Car with 3 cops in says i need to stop my car.
Then Starts Shooting Me While Trying To Talk To Them.
(So My Reason Is That They cant Arrest me while not being in a cop car)
AND A ADMIN HAS CONFIRMED THAT IS NOT ALLOWED!!
And Got In Jail For 1 Hour
Becouse i quit cus this was to stupid.!

Hello.

It looks like the cops were telling you to get out of the vehicle and you decided to evade arrest. They have all reason to arrest you when you attempt to evade them.
