2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

Why do I want to be the leader of the LSPD you ask? Well, here are the few reasons I want to be the leader of such a high priority legal organization,

- First of all, I have been in the organization for 2 full terms now, I worked my way up from cadet to Chief Of Staff. I believe in these 2 terms of nonstop being in the LSPD and gaining experience and knowledge about everything. I have what it takes to become the leader of the organization. I want to do it differently and improve the RP and Professionalism within the organization and make sure that the LSPD will be at the highest level of professionalism!

- Second reason would be in the previous terms I have experienced I haven't seen the departments used to their full extent and I would like to change this to make people feel more special and more appreciated. This will mean that I would pick the correct people as department heads who have previous experience and knowledge about their departments. Also, I will have meetings with the department heads to implement newly updated documents for their department to maximalize the knowledge of the new officers in the department. Also, I would like to add an internal affairs department to the organization this department will take care of any internal cases the LSPD might face and prevent any professional misconduct from happening from an officer more than once.

- The third reason is I want to build better relationships with the other organizations I think we are all here for the same reason to be there for the civilians of San Andreas in my previous terms there would always be issues with other organizations not liking each other or having hate towards each other. I would host organization meetings regularly not only with the leaders but also include some of their personnel this is because they have the most interaction with the LSPD Officers, This will improve the relationship between the organizations and improve the professionalism of the LSPD cause any issues brought up in the meetings will be dealt with immediately.

- I would like to add a fourth reason and that is recognition in my past 2 terms I felt like I was doing a lot of work and was not really getting any recognition and that was really demotivating me from pushing harder than I already was. This is my main goal in the next term to let every single officer of any rank know that they are recognized for the work that they are doing, I want to host meetings every 3 days with every member of the organization to bring up anything that needs to change, Also I would hand out daily bonuses to everyone this will be a part that would motivate the officers to keep grinding and doing what they're best at. Also, I will be doing promotion ceremonies and make sure the correct people are in the correct positions and not let people jump ranks this will cause a disturbance within the department and will cause the LSPD to not be running smoothly. (I will strictly be against favoritism)


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Like I have mentioned before I would like to change it up a bit from the previous terms I want the departments working at their full capacity I will list some of the occupations each department will have to improve the RP within the LSPD.

Special Operations (S.W.A.T)

-
Will take lead in all events when possible and handle negotiations in hostage situations
- Will have a K9 unit in their department to improve RP taking out dogs when performing simple traffic stops.
- Will be the escort to DOC whenever we have a large convoy going towards DOC with multiple suspects for example from an NG raid they will be the ones leading these convoys and make sure it will run all smoothly
- Department heads are required to host weekly training for their officers to keep them as fit as possible (Convoy Training) (Shooting Training) (Negotiations Training) (Tactical Training)

Undercover Operations (C.I.D)

- Will be in the blackmarket often while undercover to get evidence of a criminal, Leading investigation up to an arrest
- Will be going undercover into the ghetto to collect pieces of evidence against families and gangs
- Build up case files against crime families and gangs for FIB to sign off and inform the undercover department from FIB about a possible raid so all departments can get ready
- Will be focussing on criminals selling prohibited items such as drugs and weapons and will try to meet up with them as a possible buyers and arrest them to create fear for selling withing the criminals.

Internal Affairs Department

- Will be handling all internal cases
- Will be performing random inspections on our officers (Random Bodycam Requests) (Personal Vehicle Searches) (Log Inspections)
- Will be handling court cases against LSPD or Any complaints that anyone has. (Must Have Lawyers License)
- This Department will be implemented to maintain professionalism within the organization!
