Requesting a evidence where proper reason is visible for cuffing NG

Reason for cuffing is IC and has nothing to do with the report. But sure give me a minute bossman

Here you have Lt.General Badmash Tabrej carrying illegal items and openly ADMITTING it was given to him by one of his comrades. Is this reason enough bossman.

When the 2nd highest in command admits that items are being passed around, it is considered proper cause to cuff everyone involved for further investigations. If they think I made a mistake they can fill a lawsuit against me ICly ; This still does not concern the report I filled for Fail RP
