I was at the oil pumps when i was having an issue with my mouse and i was trying to figure out the problem, i seen that somthing was going on from the edge of my screen and when i had tabbed back to the game i noticed this player vdming me. at first i thought it was an accident however they chased me around trying to run me over multiple times. this player should know the rules by now being in the 41*** ID and needs to learn that this is unacceptable. if you count not attacking at the starting jobs he is breaking 2 of the rules. thank you for your time.
