Rejected RDM, FAIL RP, Power Gaming | 1294 & 2363

Entered the MRPD building, I was dealing with LSPD documentation. came back to find I was cuffed outside by 2363. Let go of my arms and demanded my ID, with no explanation. followed by the 1294 pulling a shotgun and gunning me down within a greenzone.
