You gave 5 seconds for him to "turn off" that is not a RP demand to leave etc. Therefore by killing him without appropriate RP demands you commited RDM. Why would you kill someone for not "Turning it off"

He is coming to our fam house and provokes us by "earraping". That gives me a reason to give demand. Also, in the Turkish part, he is claiming that I cannot give demands there as he is not inside the house and telling me he will continue playing, which means he is not listening to my demands or fearing for his life and I kill him.
