This report was filled for Fail RP.

ID 12377 shouting like a child in the presence of the most authoritarian figures in the city is Fail RP
Administrator asked for proper IC reasons to cuff NG and they were provided. (which is still irrelevant to the report I made for Fail RP)
Yet the decision taken has nothing to do with the report for Fail RP itself.
This thread for Fail RP turned into me being asked to file a case file which makes no sense.
