im not quite sure why you felt it necessary to come to capitol and start harrassing the staff like that. he had a man detained that has repeatedly come to the capitol today impersonating staff and being a nuisance aswell as rude and vulgar.
You should really know better Caleb.
maybe he didnt realise his mouth was taped? maybe something went wrong? maybe you used wrong command? also you tried removing the suspects handcuffs. why cant you just act like a normal and respectful human? is this kind of stupid behaviour why youre not a admin anymore?

He said he taped my mouth shut but how is that possible if I'm not in cuffs? and a /try to remove cuffs at the capital around USSS sounds very RP. Screaming at gov staff and telling everyone you are going to beat the shit out of them is also very RP. you were bored and already got in trouble for provoking. I would say why did you take the time to post this but I see from your posts this is what you like to do.
