Myself and my officer was driving to a situation and randomly player 112 drove into the side of us without any roleplay interaction then proceeded to pull him firearm from a distance, you can then see him getting back in his vehicle then driving further away to pull out a sniper and instantly took out my officer 17619, I called in back up and then got taken out by this man who then ran over and said "easy heavy sniper, get clapped" this was the most appauling roleplay situation I have ever been in and very frustrated we have veteran players like 112 not obiding by the rules.

The video shows him hitting your car once yes, but you guys pulled guns out also and engaged him.
Making this an rp reason to shoot at eachother.
