Rejected Rule break I 85685, 89403

I saw three guy hitting each other at the stock excange. When one of the guy was on the ground i was checking it. Then the yellow shirt, backpack guy just starting at me shooting. I saw that i reacted. I know breaked the rules when i shoot inside from the green zone, because i didnt see that in hot fire i just concentrate to kill the guy. That guy went into the building, and back outside wanted to escape. I think that is a breakrule. When i saw that i was in green zone i got onto the entrance of the building and we shoot each other. In my back one of a guy hitting me with fists when i shoot the yellow guy. I killed him and the red hair guy. When i cuffed him and patched. The guy just stood up and walking and not stopping when he cuffed. I tried to uncoffed and coffed but he ran away. He pulled out the gun and shoot me. At the end i out of ammo and killed me, and he laughed. I know i made mistake and i accept the punishment
