Approved VDM and Powergaming in Greenzone by 2 Taxi drivers 89299, 89296

I was in a GZ fishing 2 taxi drivers with the above mentioned ID tried VDM and Power Gaming on me and was successful in the end. Even I tried to stop them and explaining, but no point, Proof attached.

Power Gaming by 89299 , where he is running into gz and punching, where as punching is not allowed and disabled in gz.

These players destroy the RP environment and join server without reading rules of the server. Please give them strict punishment.
