Rejected Punished for power gaming while bugged by Syndra Pluxury

So yesterday I sent in a clip of me getting demands in the gz and I got punished for power gaming too without any legit reason , In the clip when I cuffed him I had no gun in hand. there was a running thing bugged in the game sometimes that happens thats why I stopped 2 times and ungrabbed him and grabbed him I do not think that is my fault that the game acts like that and I would never do things like that because I do my job correctly and know all the rules and I have never recieved a warning for anything while doing my job legitimately at the SAHP.

Lastly I dont think that my punishment is fair and I want it removed.

I was not again pressing shift while I was dragging him .
