I asked multiple times for inmate 38877 to return to his cell. He kept running around and I finally cornered him. He proceeded to repeatedly punch me until I died.

Surprisingly he had "some magical powers" which he used to punch inside green zone. On top of that,you should probably change your thread title to (DM | <id>) before the admins tell you to do that. That kid was already inside the jail after breaking some city rule and he did that inside the cell
