1: Leader of… San Andreas Highway Patrol
2: Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have called SAHP for many terms in different cities and I feel that the amount of time that I have put into learning and also making sure that I am helping my fellow officers keep the San Andreas Highway Patrol the greatest organization.
I want to uphold the values of San Andreas and make the highways safer than they have ever been. I want to keep the values that I built on in my term in EN2 and build a better SAHP. I don’t want citizens to be scared to go onto the highway and think if they will get robbed. We together are one family
I have previously worked in SAHP in Five-M, Now in Grand RP. I have been roleplaying since early 2021. There is so much potential in SAHP, I want to bridge the divide with all Legal Organizations because the one true way to stop crime is to all work together for a better San Andreas
I want to make SAHP more comfortable for newer citizens to come and join the organization so we can keep molding and growing incredibly gifted LEOs. Because hopefully one day, A cadet that we train will become the sheriff. SAHP is the place to be and the place to grow and get better. I want to SAHP to lead the charge of new LEOs forging new ideas.
I am close with the FIB Leader Lily and we will train our officers together to create a better RP situation for all involved
3: Your Advice for improving Roleplay Level in Organization.
I would create a more in-depth Training program where I would personally work with the FTO division so we could make a more successful training program. By doing this the organization will get fewer rule breaks which will result in better RP. We would build a training system where all members of the FTO Division will get quizzed and graded every week.
I would Implement weekly organization exams to make sure all of my officers know the rules of Grand RP and make sure they will protect and serve San Andreas Highway Patrol with Respect and vigilance. They would be graded from 1-5. If they miss rules they will be taught and overseen personally by me to make sure that they are always upholding the Values of SAHP.
I have always been part of the night shift. There is so much RP during the night shift that SAHP misses out on because of the lower member count. I would improve this by making sure I am always in the city for the night shift and actively recruiting for the night shift so we all keep the city safe during the nighttime hours. I would keep open recruitment during the nighttime hours so we can keep getting members
SAHP is more than just a law enforcement agency, We are a family and we all are changing San Andreas for the better. Every time SAHP puts in their uniform they are proud and honored to be supporting their city and making it a safer place for all citizens.
I can bring SAHP back to the greatest org and that will be my goal, I want to do two terms and create the future leader in that process. We can all do it together as one family.
I would like to get all of SAHP more experience and more opportunities to grow throughout Law Enforcement. I would make sure to Talk to FIB and LSPD leaders to make sure that we all work together to help grow our officers and agents and keep the greatness of being a Law enforcement Officer, the highest honor.
