Do you have pov by chance? At this moment I dont hear anything said either. There is also a lot of noise pollution.

Seeing as the rest of the video he is giving commands and using the right words for every interaction with you, I do believe he needed a mic reset or was just quiet in the situation as theres to much noise pollution to be sure. This house has lots of render and mic issues to start with also.
