Greetings!
In yesterday's event named "Family war" something strange happened with my POV, honestly I have no idea what and how all this occurred. This was the first time for me to attend in such prestigious event called "Family war" and my intentions were to obey to all your rules. Before the event started I tested my POV and everything worked perfectly, during the event I started recording as the rule states but when I stopped recording what happened was very strange, the video was only 1 second long...
I am very sorry for that, my account is fairly new which means that I am a relativly new player and as I already stated, this was the first time for me to play "fam war". I honestly feel that it is a bit unfair to ban a player who recently started to enjoy this game, a player who spent fair amount of money on Grand coins, a player who so far did not break any rules and a player that is really willing to continue spending hours and hours on this lovely game. I do understand that rules are rules and they need to be followed and I do honestly understand that you could not know that my POV glitched which led to my account getting banned.
I am sincerely asking you to give me another chance, a chance to prove you that I am a fair player. 30 days ban is not really a short period and I would honestly not want to lose interest in playing this game because of a mistake in which I could possibly not have any affect. Such bugs could happen to anyone. If my ban is not removed I will lose all my expensive stuff that I have in my house because I will not be able to pay out the rent which is also one of the major reasons for me not to continue playing on Grand RP.
Please take this in consideration and I honestly hope that you do what is right and that is to give me another chance. I am even willing to not attend in any major events such as "Family war" if my issue with GeForce recording is not fixed.
