The IDs 9470, 9473 and 20439 had RDM in city with various players, they shot at me all the time. And at the second video you can hear how they use abuse language and do CR. They are also coming very often to our family house and shoot at us without reason (no video from this situation).
2nd video where abuse language is used:
I have also searched their ID on this forum and found out that they are always breaking the rules. Because of that I think that they should get a permanent ban in this game. Specially ID 9470 and 9473!
