I got jailed because i ran into apperently ''HQ territory''. But where was i supposed to run? Directly towards the guys shooting me? Plus i didnt even run into HQ i was outside and i on purpose didn't run inside it. You can see in POV i didn't want to go in so i kept running outside of it. Id like to get an unjail if possible. Since i didn't know outside of HQ technicly is still HQ.
