In this video you can be heard saying "clipping it, Clip it" which clearly refers to OOC "clipping of the video" while IC.
And then in the second video youre telling them theyre going on Govs? which obviously means Forums. so threatening them with OOC action?
the Car ramming seemed to be nothing more than really shitty driving and on more than one occasion an argument could be made that you hit their cars also by not being in control of your own.
im not saying what C4ti were doing was ok, but it seems that both sides of this coin need punishments.

ID 26054 will receive a punishment for CR
ID 81008 will receive a punishment for Provoking
ID 62209 will receive a punishment for Provoking

26054 its forbidden to use vehicles to crash into people or vehicles.

62209, 81008 do not purposely annoy or irritate players to get a reaction from them. This is also consider to be harassment.​
