why did the admin Rejected the complain ? every thing show in the video

Where u mentioned the id u have to mention the admin name there thats why u got rejected check format for applications

Incorrect Title, Read the Rules of Filling a Complaint and when opening a Complaint, Follow the Rules of Making one.
Regarding the Complaint, Admin mentioned the Reason on top of that, Such Lagging POVs that is Freezing all time and cant be Understood what is Happening will never be Accepted.
