I didn't remove death effect it's there. and at the last the guy come to near me and just killed me.

and also my pc is low end so I reduce the resolution and turned off the shadow that's why it looking like that.

From the POV you provided you have had illegal redux, it removes death effect. If you are willing to appeal your ban remove your illegal redux and make a new appeal.
