I agree with this, sometimes people just come to you and take money without asking when working as a collector

ID 13312 will receive punishment for Continuing RP (collecting debt) in an Admin situation

When an admin has their red admin tag on, all RP is on pause.
Additionally, when collecting debt, you must engage in RP with the player before collecting their debt.​
