I was at DOC we recently got into a gunfight bam the guy runs to his heli I cuff him due to him committing a crime in the last 15 minutes. These guys proceed to shoot me so I can release their friend. The reason I said "I wouldn't Shoot" is because the guy was still in cuffs as you can See I was about to uncuff him but they decided to shoot me
