Bro idk but my voice never record ingame untill unless I am connected on discord, for rec my voice I need to be in discord vc which I was not in and it's a raw clip. That guy was asking for baseball bat and i was saying to him that it's not illegal item that's it u can hear that if they provide me pov.

69821 technically did not involve himself? He sat on the roof of the car since he did not have gang colors on. Also, it is allowed to rob weapons and a bat is a weapon. You say your voice did not record? If you had a voice then you WOULD be able to access your radio correct? Also keep in mind there are many visual bugs with clothing since the changes are happening with all of the branded items etc.
