Upon reviewing the evidence, I cannot conclude this report at this time.​

• As there is visibly a huge latency in the server sync due to the recent attacks against us, we will consider the fact that perhaps while on your client side he is there and you are visibly shooting at him for him he either might not be there, or might not be receiving the sync for these events.​
• Hence we will give ID 5998 a chance to show what events looked like on his screen. ID 5998 has 8 hours to upload POV of this situation.​
