Why do you want to be the Leader of this Organization?
1. I want to be the Leader of this Organization because in my past National Gaurd experiences , there were some things that were just not right , and today I have maken the decision to make those things right and make National Guard on top AGAIN we will do every kind of activity , as we are the army , our first priority is to other's safety I think I have earned the dedication and experience to run an organization and i believe i can do it.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?
2. I should be chosen over other applicants because I have many many plans about National Guard and I am putting Honesty , effort in this application because I just want to make things right.
How will you manage your Departments?
3. SASD: First responders to situations like Global's Training should be taken if ex SASD too.
Airforce: Will do pickup's and drop off's for other National Guard to situations , controlling the Air.
CRM: 2 CRM Units should be there anytime , CRM will be first responders to give medical attention to National Guard.
RR: Will host massive Trainings often , Mass Recruitments will be held often , will take interviews , hire people , promote people.
MP: Will do Bodycam checks , give out strikes , blacklist those who have to , vehicld checks.
How so you want the ranking system to be?

How will you Improve RP?
5. There will be Mass Receuitments , Mass Trainings very very often.
Activity- NCO , CO no matter who will bave to give most of their time in National Guard to make it best , I would love the OG's to join back , we will hire more and more members and become the best organization ever.
How will you choose your Deputies?
6. I would choose those people who have experience and the dedication to handle an organisation , they should be from different time zones so they can handle events and situations more often we will keep the organization active like this and not skip anything.
How will you handle ammo runs?
7. I will not let any ammo run be late , because we are each others friends and in the same position as other we all need ammo to peotect everyone , we will treat them with respect always.
How will you treat your soldiers?
8. I will treat my soldiers as my family because they are my family , I will never treat them as my Juniors or be rude to them because I have this position , many people do this and I never liled it nor will.
New people
9. The new Soldiers will be given MOST attention because if they don't learn , we don't get ahead. We will give them all the attention and solve their queries anytime , anywhere.
