Approved VDM and not 51% purple - Ballas

After us doing some sprays ballas got mad or perhaps they only wanted revenge. In fact, after I had taken out one of them, his friend comes to VDM me and I got every single thing on bodycam. Moreover, I saw that multiple of the ballas did not wear the required 51% of their clothing. Furthermore, I feel like someone should talk about this with them and do a quick runover of the rules.
