Trespasser in NG Base, upon shooting him, he is down and unconscious. When we were going to cuff him, he was under his car therefore we are unable to do so. Upon getting into my car to push his car away which allow we were able to cuff him as he is no longer under his vehicle, he straight up left the game. Hence, the CL in NG Base.
