in Marten's video shows that in sec 5-8 he said "Son of bitch" which is insulting to Marten's parents , and "Broke" is not an insult like what he said in this post.
also, he broke one of the Rules for filing a complaint.

It is unreasonable to file a complaint against someone when you have broken the rules and not shown it in evidence for their personal interests.
