Selling at 50% less than state value is allowed or not because it's given in instructions while selling property.
Because on that basis we got ban.
We traded house for 50% of state value by paying proper taxes.
Later we passed some of the amount to each other which is total different case. And we can pass under 5 Million to each other without any item mentioned in Gen 1.7.
And we passed many times before like that sometimes i gave him 400k he gave me 200k and sometimes i gave him 600k and he gave me 600k back... similarly he gave me 200k after trading apartment in legal way and he gave me just because I needed it and he was gonna leave city ASAP due to his work.
And kindly keep this point on consideration:
While tapping on Selling property option it has it in instructions like in Note format,
"Note: You can't sell property under 50% less than state value" , according to this instruction it's allowed to sell at 50% less than state value right? Otherwise there shouldn't be any note like that.
Because that was the give reason of ban.
Kindly look into the matter because we want to get unban ASAP as new update has already come.
