I Want to Be the Leader of The SAHP For Many Reasons
1- I have been in The FIB org for 3 months and I used to be a high command for more than 2 Months

1. I want to be the leader of SAHP because I have been in FIB and have worked alongside them, and I have seen what they have and what they need to be the best organization. The first thing I will check for the Active People is by having the Human Resource department and can we be active from all different Time zones to be on all time Helping fellow Officers and Handle the Situation for the Store Robberies and Events and on in All of the events available.
2. I Want to Be the Leader of the SAHP To Make Many Departments and make all of the Departments Active
Human Resource: Make interviews and Hire People and Fire Who Was In active officer in the Org
Internal Affairs: Checking the Gun License of the Officers and Check the Healthy Insurance
S.W.A.T: Always on standby for any heavy 10-10 and raid and hostage situation
3. When I am the leader of the SAHP, I will make a system for the promotion and demotion of officers doing well. Making arrests every day and attending events: if they are making sure that the highway is safe for the citizens, the officer gets a promotion on Monday (double promotion); if the officer was not attending any events, he or she will get a demotion on Monday as I will add the K9-Unit, which will increase the RP and add more enjoyment to the officer.
3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization.
1. Changing Cars
2. Make sure every single officer knows the state legislation
3. Weekly Bouns For the Active officers
4. Multiple promotions after the raid for the attending officers.
