To begin with,
I complained about the event rule 1.2 and event rule 1.11 at BM raid on 23 rd of december and this guy Raymond told that they can shoot me if i entered the zone before but i never entered before the situation and there were more than 3 people that shot me when i was outside zone.But in the decision that he made about my report its contrary and opposite to the statements that he said and punished the guys outside the zone with failrp..How is that a failrp if a guy in gang and unofficial fam with guns and ammo is waiting to rush together for their friends to form up to the BM raid.This is a grave threat to the server and the players.

this shows about the failrp that poor guys who did nothing got punished for,according to him the gang members should leave the place if the leo guys come outside the zone which they are already in and shoot a person which is against ER 1.2.
Hoping for JUSTICE by the Higher admins.

I would suggest to either make the rimpaint roof as an unaccessible asset or punish the guys that give demands coming outside the zone because if they have rimpaint roof no one can kill them and its an abuse of the zone as the gang members cannot be on the rimpaint roof 24*7 to enter the rimpaint roof first.If they give demands which is unrealistic when there is an active shootout no member of the gang can take the rimpaint.

Admin made correct decision, as for your suggestion roof is now blocked from outside of zone to prevent such scenarios of happening again

You and leo's were outside of zone when they requested you to leave which you refused while having a gun which lead to your death as for running around crime scene also correct
