I go to DOC for my identity change. And I don't have enough cash. So I was returning to my way outside DOC. But this person came near me and collect my debt. Without saying any single word. And how they come inside of DOC like this. There are only two meaning either they are Organization members or someone from Org help them. Cuz when they enter the gate, no one was there. But when they exit there is a person, with passport number: 23142. But he was off duty. I know this cuz I am also an Ex FIB guy 1 day ago. I remember his ID. My complaint is for not taking any kind of permission for collecting my debt. And how they enter DOC when off duty or the guy I told you, helped him Off duty. Cuz there is no other guy I see when I was out.

And also he do Power Gaming, he collect my debt when he was on other side of chain wall, don't know name. But how can anyone take cash from any guy like this.
