Dear Thomas_ChingChengHanji,
I like to apologize on behalf of National Guard for the incident. We never intended to shoot you. If you have seen my video, we are trying to shoot a guy just behind you in the orange mclaren. You just happen to arrive at the same time with another sports car and you got shot in the active 10-10. Also after the shootout stop, we said on the radio as well that it wasnt you. If we would have got you up before you died we would have apologized any ways.
