1. I want to be the leader of SAHP because I want to prove people wrong about SAHP and how it's one of the best organizations. I believe SAHP would be a perfect organization, as I worked there and noticed a lot of things that officers wanted them to change. I have been in this city for a long time and I have gotten experiences from pretty much every organization just have a great understanding of rules which is very important to keep SAHP alive and working smoothly.
2. I was surrounded by some of the best leaders this city has ever seen, like HOV, Luck Hulk, and lastly, Elon Moose, and I have learned a lot from them. I feel that SAHP can truly be the best organization, and I want to be the one who gets the honor to do that. I will create many departments and make all of the departments active.
Human Resources: Conducting interviews, hiring, and firing active officers in the organization.
Internal Affairs: Checking the Gun License of the Officers and Checking for Health Insurance
S.W.A.T. (Special Weapons and Tactics) is always on standby for any heavy 10-man raid or hostage situation.
3. When I am the leader of the SAHP, I will make a system for the promotion and demotion of officers doing well. Making arrests every day and attending events if they are ensuring that the highway is safe for citizens, the officer receives a promotion (double promotion) on Monday; if the officer did not attend any events, he or she receives a demotion on Monday as I will add the K9-Unit, which will increase the RP and increase the officer's enjoyment.
3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization.
1. Changing Cars
2. Make sure every single officer knows the state legislation
3. Weekly Bonus For the Active officers
4. Multiple promotions after the raid for the attending officers
