As you can see in the video at 2:38 he had an AR in his hand and then switched to shotgun and mercy killed the guy, i am sure it was not by mistake because both of them know each other.

General Rule 6.13 It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing).​
