Dear Readers, it is not my first time applying for this position and to be honest the only reason I am applying again is that I believe in all my heart that I can be the person for the job, so for this time I made a all-new application who will show you how dedicated I am to help this organization to grow and reach it's finest.
I made so much effort writing it, And I hope you will have a good time reading it.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Reason 1:
Ever Since Joining the city i had always had the ambition to become a LEO of some sort, rising through the ranks of DOC to the Secret Service From there to SAHP being in the FIB for a bit then finally landing at what feels like home. LSPD. At LSPD i learned a lot from previous leaders, what they did right and what they didn’t quite achieve. Me being a person who likes to learn from others whilst gaining experience is really sought after. I believe with this information, it could really help me allow the organisation strive, as LSPD is the main PD of the City.

Reason 2: We may be different in our organisations but we are Always there for each other. This ensures that LSPD as a collective is always on the response to anything that will happen. LSPD will never turn their guard down. Whenever a fellow Organisation needs assistance, we as a collective must ensure those needs are met! I don’t want new recruits being turned around, searching the streets for a job, i want to make sure everyone has each others back, LSPD isn’t only to Punish criminals, its also their to help those in need.

Reason 3: Respect Always comes first. My main aim is for every employee to be happy where they are. I will make it my main goal to ensure after my term ends they will remember this as per their career path and perhaps influence them and give them a great boost of motivation ready to serve again! This come in different forms: From Frequent Promotion Ceremonies, to Dishing out bonuses. Further encouraging fellow officers to work even harder! Keeping the city safe from crime. Respect is a huge Part of anything really, without respect everything will be unjointed and the organisation would go no where.


3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.

3a. The Departments:

Internal Affairs:
These Group of people would run the IA for LSPD. Handpicked by the Leader who are responsible for the internal issues such as, corrupt officers, ongoing case files of officers caught in the wrong. Their main responsibility would be to keep the organisation clean from any wrongdoing. To achieve this they would issue Strikes and sanctions, as a punishment for those who break the rules of the org, or perhaps are caught in the wrong. The IA would have many sub-departments such as officers who run through checks of relevant bodycam footages to officers who check duty logs to ensure everything is done to a standard which is appropriate and ensuring that weapons from armoury are stored back correctly.

Human Resources: These are the group of officers who are in charge of the recruitment and training of new and upcoming Police Officers. Their main job is to ensure that every new officer is assigned with their correct things such as a badge and duty logs, along with that a 3 Phase Training Course, along with a few exams which would cover almost everything an officer would need to succeed at LSPD. Trainings will be done precisely and ensuring that new officers have understood what they have learnt and take that knowledge to use in the city.

Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT): These guys would known as the “Juggernauts” of all our special operations. Highly Skilled Special Firearm units with their intelligent tactics. These guys will be the first to respond to Events such as: Store Robberies, Hostage Situations, Scripted Events such as Subs/Bank Protection. And will be our leads in Ghetto Patrols. These group of Specialist individuals would lead the officers into taking down the suspects with their precise thinking. Only they would be allowed to engage in fire first. Then other officers allowed to swoop in to make arrests. These guys will be rewarded with many bonuses as per their hard work or even double promotions.

The Detective Bureau (Undercover Department): Unlike SWAT, these group of intelligent crime stoppers will be much more covert in how they operate. Dressed in undisclosed UC gear, they will scour the city in their own cars for evidence they could use for future reference. Such as Gangs committing crimes detectives would have to Wait and watch for these, taking evidence from their special bodycam, along with conducting drug busts from those who dare to distribute illegal goods.

The Unstoppable Towers Of LSPD: The towing department of LSPD is probably the top 3. You don’t want your peaceful drives interrupted by you running into an abandoned car? Which is why we will have a towing team of 6 which will always be out 24/7 cleaning the streets flooded with misplaced cars. Gaining bonuses for every tow they make, encouraging them to do more, it will help people learn not to misplace their cars. Thus ruining the experience for others. The amount of times I’ve come across misplaced cars is staggering at this rate. These guys will stay out of ALL TROUBLE and continue with their job, not attending any atms or events.

3b. As i mentioned previously about respect, it will definitely improve the roleplay. The reason being is that being respectful to other organisations staff is so powerful. You will always be rest assured as they got your back as you have theirs!

3c. As we may have a lot of members, those who wish to lay low will not be tolerated, unless noticing us prior. They would be given an activity check by the Internal Affairs, if they still do not come and help, they will be kicked (unless they have notified us of OOC issues, they will be exempt). This helps the org as we will have officers active all of the time.

3d. The Addition Of Public Relations (PR): Public relations will be part run by heads of news agency Life Invader, and our new PR department. They will work together creating articles to post publicly. These will be related to incidents that could’ve occurred or even some exciting things such as events. I believe this department would bring in the publics views and perhaps intrigue them.
To conclude this piece i would like to thank everyone who i learnt from, who i gained experience from and who i worked with.
