2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) as i have been doing rp since long time in many servers ex:- five-M , HTRP , etc and now in grand rp since 6 months i have been always been n all legal org like lspd , gov , fbi in all three severs now as a lspd officer i have experienced many faults in chain of command less interaction of cadets & ofiicer and seen that there is no link between them everyone is in their own world not following orders etc i assure that if i become a lspd chief i can fix them and make a proper chain of command and teach them to work as a team.
2)iwant to seve the city with all my experince from all other citys and make it best again free of crimes with peace and order
3) as i citizen i have tested many times that though lspd is free they dont respond to citizens and atm robbery as a officer when i chcked it that the officers and cadets ane intrested to do so but they are not given orders by the head to recive the call as to follow chain of command we need a active chief who can help everyone one
4) as a officer i have seen that lspd chiefs are not active at the city during day and there are no high commands avilable to all they come at one time and go at one time because of that many times there are to high command available and lspd is not able to respond if i become a chief i will surely give them a shift and make sure that high commands are available all time and i will contribute my all time to LSPD and make it really LSPD AT TOP!!!
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
1) i will make sure only worthy officers join lspd as a officers many of them have just joined for fun and not follow order go to patrol alone etc thats why lspd keeps getting disband i will make sure every officers knows the rules and follow it and do a fair rp
2) i will also make sure that the logs are filled properly and everyone have a body can because i have observed that many of them dont fill logs or dont have a body cam when asked to prevent it i and some of hgh commands will do a survey daily around their logs and ask them to provide a bodycam at any sudden movemengt to check that they have a valid bodycam and if they dont they have to face a verbal warning and if it happnes again a warning they will have 3 chances to learn from their mistake
3) i have oberved hat they dont follow the commands of the leaders and just do what they want i will suerly make them follow it and make sure that everyone attend the events and properly serve the country
4) i will make sure thet there is a proper link between them and they work as a team with a tactis as i have see they dont have a plan to face a situation and not trained to do so so i will train them well for all type of situations
5) first i will make changes in their trainings and many important rules are left while training them and i my self have experienced it as in training they are not told all the rules which are important ex :-they are not told when to remove barrygate they are not tols they cannot cough a person having gun in hand and they cannot go code a intentionally when they are being taken as hostage as they have to face the situation and do fair rp
