Good evening,
I hereby submit one against the following admin: "Henry Alvarez".
This is about the following thread: Rejected - Bewerbung als Leaderin - ''The Grove Street Families''
As seen in this thread, a Deputy Chief Administrator is not particularly compliant. I don't know to what extent anyone here is familiar with German law, but there are actually not only fines for posting private chats in any forum etc., but also fines for posting private chats in any forum. A Deputy Chief Administrator in particular should know this, and should also read up on it beforehand. My point is not that this post was rejected, but how it was rejected. Posting any private chats is not legitimate as per the penal code. So I ask for a correction. It's not in principle that it was rejected, it's just that I think that, especially as a Deputy Chief Administrator, you should behave properly and in a compliant manner. Just as the admins in the team are also taught to do. Apart from the damage to their reputation that is being done here. This is called doxing, among other things.
Moreover, that was also the case with this thread: Rejected - Beschwerde orgaverwaltung an @tom cooper
Here is the explanation of the term if you are not so familiar with it: Doxing often aims to expose the victims, threaten them or harm them. According to §126a of the German Criminal Code (StGB), disseminating personal data in a way that endangers is punishable.
Moreover, you must not think that you are immune just because you are on the internet. There are enough ways to apply for ads through content written online.
That is character assassination, and none of the admins can allow themselves to do that.
Greetings,
Melanie
