2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I would like to be the leader of the Los Santos Police Department because I think I have alot of expereince in this org. I have held multiple ranks in en1 and en3 and would like to continue and pursue my dream of being a state leader.
Here are some departments my org will have to keep the org in best hands and with the best people
S.W.A.T: SWAT Will lead events such as aircraft,Bank protection, Informant, Subs. They will also take care of Ghetto Patrols. They will lead all 3 ghetto patrol per week.
HR: Will be incharge of the IA and FTD department combined. They will look over casefiles, do bodycam checks license checks and also do trainings. Training will be split into 3 parts
1st part of training: Towing ,giving fines, arresting, procedures
2nd part. 2nd part will be a event POV and an arrest POV
3rd part. A test of general LSPD knowledge to get ranked to rookie or patrol officer.
Public relations. public relations will advertise the org and do CNN broadcasts while getting Juicy articles.
Intelligence Bureau: Will do busts and collect evidences and report them to FIB for gang and family raids.
I will also get a good choice of High Commands to prevent all types of corruption as I have seen in past terms alot of these high commands have been inactive and corrupt. my goals are 0 corrupt officers in the org and full term completed.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will make sure my units know the rules so we aren't getting called for power-gaming and simple rules like that
I will also make sure every single person does a test even high commands so that they can test there own progression in LSPD.
