1)I have been in all legal organisation in cities and wwant to move on next level and want to be leader of the legal organisation
i thougth that FIB is the best choice and its mosthikes organisation in the city.I feel that i can handle thje leader ship
2)Iam working in FIB from starting of EN3 and gained unlimited experience. I think that now i can lead the organisation. In During my time in FIB, I led many things, like collecting evidence as
an Undercover agent, making case files, gang raids, special operations, store robberies, hostage situations, Ghetto Patrol, and many more. Past experience worked in each every organisation in the city
3) I want take to the next leavel and making nice friend with employes being nice with them and interducing nice bonus system for Every departments in the FIB.I have well experienced for my departments

1)Making so much friendly atmosphere in FIB and encouraging them to be in FIB and work hard
2)I will make sure that my employes will available 24/7 and help the citizens. I will make so many open recruitment drives and recruit so many members
3)The FIB is so complicated organisation the interview of joing FIB will be more better than before asking more about the RP
4)There will be so much RP followed in thye events I alot these in the training and i will make sure that my each and every employe gonna follow the RP follow
5)The bonus is the main thing works as to encourage the employes to work. I will not any back step to give the bonuses i want my employe happyness
