2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Ans:- I want to be the leader of this specific organization because of the following reasons:-
1) In past 3 months I have been regularly in FIB in term of (Jonny rich, Shabah Verlice, Lily Blixky AND MAX WOOZY). I have started from Feild agent and in just 10-12 I was SOD of UC, After that DHOD of IA.
2) I have been in FIB, LSPD and SAHP before as a HC in So, I think I can become a new Director and can manage my Agents(Staff) as I will be having a good experience od Rule and Laws.
3) I want to increase Agents activity in the state. FIB agents always will be ready for every criminal activity in the state and make the state Crime free.
4) I believe FIB is the most Crucial and Classified ORG because FIB have the most amount of perks and they have a feature of UC which make FIB more interesting and fruitful.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Ans:- My advices for improving RP in ORG is listed below:-
1) First of all we should make a good culture where we should give our main priority to RP based Commands and Dialogs instead of just going to a situation and start shooting without any reaseon.
2) We should try to give bonuses after every 2-3 victories of the events and atleast a 30k bonus every day to increase intrest and and courage of our Agents.
3) We should be giving Promotions frequently which makes our Agents proud and encourage them to show more activity to FIB and a it gives a wave of happiness in hearts of all the Agents.
4) In training we should be adding a special round in that we should be providing our Agents 1 PDW with 50 Ammunation and we shoot and kill a JHR as it will be adding some great shooting skills.
5) We should create a strong bond with other Leo's and Agents as it will give a great line of communication while doing RP.
