You guys killed their friend and shot ID 2619 in the ghetto and ran outside of ghetto. He followed you to there and called his friends. It started in ghetto so it is not RDM.
However, ID 1614 will receive a punishment for MG.
ID 835 and 2619 will receive a punishment for CR.
