B.) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. want to be leader of FIB is that I've been under 2 different leaders and I have seen how they lead the org. So now if i get Director I can bring my ideas I have about everything that fib should be doing and Use them, I also know which departments need improvement and which events or activities we should focus more to make fib as strong as possible ,
2. My goal is too make sure Agents are rewarded Greatly for their hard work too give them the motivation too keep going forward, In previous terms and still too this day people are complaining they are owed money and bonuses and i will make sure too change this, Using all this motivation i give my agents i will make sure we dominate gangs and make them say that they are feared too fight us
3. FIB is the strongest org in the city and is able too respond too any Emergency situation that is brought too the city, If im leader i will make sure the Activity is high so we have numbers conquering these emergencies really quick and handling them the right way. I will also make sure FIB keep good Communication with Other orgs too make sure in these situations theres no altercations between members and leaders
C.) 3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.
When it comes too Stores and Hostage situations im constantly seeing negotiators Not wanting too pay and trying too stall and make counter offers when the hostage takers have stated they arent changing price, Which always ends in arguing and gods coming and rp being ruined by making it an ooc situation as leader ill try take over as much as possible and fix it all
Im also gonna make sure all the Fib Agents follow the governors rules and never shows misconduct too show that fib is a professional org and not a mess around think we can do whatever we like organization
I would also like to make my officers aware of "PowerGaming" and "FearRP" and “metagaming” and make sure all the officers familiar with it i will also bring attention to the /me and /try commands everyday as they are needed for proper rp and easy rules too break on accident
