2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have been the member of the National Guard for 4 terms ( 2 in EN-1 ), ( 2 in EN-3 ) holding positions as Lt. Colonel ( DHOD SASD ) in EN-1 and Major General ( HOD CRMs ) in EN-3. The Quality of the National Guard has fallen drastically during the past term. I would like to bring back the old National Guard like it was during Max's term and wish to Improve the quality of the National Guard in terms of fighting skills, radio communication and relation with other state organizations that will help the organization to maintain its level on top.
In the prior term, the National Guard were pretty much low on numbers all the time during the raid hours and the National Guard was inactive as an organization, I will make sure that the leadership of the Recruitment Regiment will be given to an active individual and who can manage and take care of the division as it is one of the most important division in the National Guard that will help improve the activity of the organization. I will make sure that the gates are always covered during raid hours. Good Bonus schemes and Promotion criteria will be introduced to motive people to come on duty and work hard for their promotions. Most people think being a member of National Guard is boring so during my leadership there will be daily events inside the organization, Combat trainings and many activities.
I have been an EMS Leader in EN-1 so I know how to deal with Internal Issues of the Organization. As the leader of the National Guard, I will make sure that there is no corruption going on in the organization. The rules will be very strict and the ones who violates the rules will have to face punishments such as Verbal Warnings, Strikes, Demotions or even Blacklist from the organization if the rule violation is extreme. So, talking about Commissioned Officers ( High Commands ) will be given only to the experienced and professional members of the organizations who knows how the organizations runs and how to conduct and lead special operations.

- Active Use of Radio so the important things can be transmitted through radio during raid hours.
- Military Police will do bodycam checks so that everyone has their bodycams turned on.
- National Guard will assist other legal orgs with their requirements of Ammunition. In return, I will build a better relationship with them and improve the RP elements with them.
- I will avoid favoritism in the organization by appointing the Division Leaders on my own and will test them before appointing them as HOD.
