State rule 1.8 Laws are wrote by the government and every state organistation should follow them.

I mean im not a law expert but cops letting criminals rob a store does sound like collision corruption which would be an IC issue but then this rule exists so

Mostly they will ask the org leader to increase the activity. As they showed up to the store robbery but did not went to the negotiation because of fear. How can a guy who wants to do rp. But doesn't know that they can't show up with 2 units in front of 10 gang members. That means it was your thinking that you wanted that somone should get punishment. That doesn't feel right to me. Huh
