Approved - CR + VDM I 34934

we were standing near my house and this person started to bother us

The person here provided 30 seconds video, when the videos should be at least 1 minutes long.
the admin made decision and put me in Demorgans for 120minutes due to CR & GTA driving.
Therefore i can say that the whole situation isnt explained in the video

I have posted 30 seconds videos before and they got rejected just because they werent long enough. what is the matter now ?

If admin can understand situation or he can see rules violation he can approve it​
