I was told by Floki "Your org was shooting while they had a hostage and then you came and assisted them too, as i said participated in the rulebreak." Someone's rulebreak influenced the whole RP situation to change and I just complied with it, I can't refuse to RP because of that and it can't influence to my punishment either.

I don't understand what was I supposed to do? If I run away it is FailRP, if I stay and just stand while there is a gunfight it is FearRP/FailRP/RPS.

In POV I provided, if you watch carefully you can see that I was in a car, waiting to see what will happen in RP situation, then ID 13066 started shooting while they had a hostage and ID 3263 aiming gun at them which is THEIR Fail.

I started shooting when I had a RP reason - Vagos shooting at me and when hostage was safe on leos side, I have to comply with RP situation until admin comes and makes it OOC, we all know that. I can't stop RP situation because someone broke a rule, that's not how it works.

I hope this is all just a misunderstanding so I request this thread to be reviewed by Bobby Pluxury, no disrespect to anyone I just think this is 100% wrong punishment.

you are no longer in jail to remove the punishment from you, but Next time when the entire situation started with a Rule break, that does not mean you are allowed to break Rules as well, and as Floki "participating in a Rule break"
