The arresting officer has to read Mandarin rights and as i can see the arresting officer was from National Guard and it's martial law so it's necessary for you to read the rights as in martial law you won't provide lawyer and the Mandarin rights are "You have the right to remain silent anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to have an attorney if you don't have much to pay an attorney a state will provide you one" and if the person do not reply then you have to cough drop and read rights again the rights must be read 3 times at least if the person do no answer . Please let Admin decide that whom they will punish and please move your eyes little bit again and see that gates are blocked with the car that you used to take the suspect to the DOC.

You could not be more wrong even if you wanted to be despite this being a completely IC situation i will educate on the law and the code of civil procedures, First off al during martial law you have no access to bail or a lawyer you do not have the right to do so and you would read these rights “You have the right to remain silent, The State is under Martial Law, there is no bail, lawyer, or other legal services available at this time do you understand these rights?” so already you are wrong, and NG doesn't have to read rights again if you read the code of civil and procedures under the sub title 4.6 Detention Procedure for Other State Organisations.4.6.7 NG shall remind the officer performing the processing of the detainee into the DOC that the Miranda rights have not yet been read and must immediately be read to the suspect, This mean we do not read rights the processing officer does all we have to do is till the processing officer that we have not rad them which leave reading the rights up to SAHP,LSPD,FIB

If u can clearly see if the rights have not been said rather then writing that it's not the work of NG and and you also didn't the remind the NG officer stop giving blame on others accept your mistake and let Admin decide the punishment

Who’s job is it to read rights, NGs or SAHP? It’s SAHP, Even then it is a IC situation and he can file a lawsuit as not reading rights is in the gross violations, However reading rights is IC

I don't want to talk about IC situation here I am just talking about that you broke rule
1. Gate blocking
2. Not letting suspect go after 25 minutes
3. PG by officer using radio while draggin suspect ID - 46559 Time Stamp - 3.22
4. Saying discord in RP chat rather then email - Mixing - ID - 75156 Time Stamp - 4.05

I got jailed at 20:25:00 and i got cuffed at 19:57 so it was 28 mins and admin situation 28-2= 26 mins
