i was chosen for fib interview but look on the forums today and saw i got removed and was told i got removed cus i was a tester on a different project but i left that other project and all other server apart from grand project please Mazhor please can you reselect me for the interview or can i run for a different org as i left all the other server to show i can be a good leader thanks for reading and i hope you can forgive me for being tester on a different project and promises to never do that again

1) People who are testers on different project cannot be leaders on our server. The only reason why you left it is because you understood that you would not get interview without it and if I would not know about it you still would be there up to this point
2) You were not chosen for the interview based on that.
3) I even have evidence of you being a leader in that project and you think that I would allow you to become a leader
